1. Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

Free 2‑Day service: All orders shipped within the United States receive free 2‑Day shipping via USPS Priority Mail. Mika Jaymes offers this 2‑Day shipping service on every order and does not charge any shipping fees.

Hand‑made to order: Because every garment is cut and sewn in the company’s Downtown Los Angeles studio, orders are hand‑made and ready to ship within 1‑2 business days. If tracking information is not received within 48 hours, please contact customer care.

Order processing schedule: The workshop operates 9 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time and does not sew or ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after business hours are processed the next business day.

Order modifications and cancellations: Once placed, orders cannot be modified. To cancel an order, email customer care as soon as possible. If a delay or cancellation is necessary due to stock or payment issues, Mika Jaymes will notify you via email.

Sales tax: Orders shipped to California addresses are subject to 9.75 % sales tax; orders to other U.S. states are not subject to sales tax.

2. International Shipping

Flat rate: International orders ship at a $25 flat rate per order. According to the FAQ, international deliveries typically arrive 7–14 days after shipment; however, the shipping & returns page lists 15–21 business days from order fulfillment for delivery. Delivery times can vary by destination country.

Customs duties and taxes: Mika Jaymes ships all international orders delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost and will be collected by your country’s customs office upon delivery. These charges must be paid by the recipient to release the order from customs.
